Daily Health Task Lists

Like brushing your teeth healthy habits should be cultivated on a daily basis. The following is a guide to daily tasks:

The first activity should be on the agenda. Walk, run or jump at least 20 minutes a day.

Second protect your skin. Sunscreens should be applied to the face, neck, arms and hands, even at the end of winter. Protects against toxins weather also. Moisturize your skin every day.

Third Eat fruits, vegetables, grains, low fat dairy products and small amounts of protein. Avoid sweets and other processed foods.

Fourth meditate or spend at least five minutes daily in quiet time.

Find your spiritual Quinta. Discover what inspires you, raises the level of consciousness, motivates you and fills the soul.

Sixth Train your brain. To read, study, solve problems and learn new skills. How the body, the brain shrink with disuse.
